Week in Review


Start weight: 215.0
  • Mon 4/2: 1.25hrs cardio/core/stretching, including 11min swim (600yds, cut short by swim team practice), 20min core/stretches, 30min elliptical (intervals), 15min stretches/cool down.  Plus 5hrs walking around documenting site conditions (work-related).  
  • Tues 4/3: 1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr strength and conditioning.
  • Wed 4/4:  1hr cardio, including 20min swim (1000yds), 30 min elliptical, and 10 min stretch/cool down.
  • Thurs 4/5:   1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr strength and conditioning.
  • Fri 4/6:  1.25hrs cardio/core/stretching, including 20min swim (1000yds), 20min core/stretches, 30min elliptical, 5min cool down/stretch.
  • Sat 4/7: 2hrs BJJ plus 2mile walk.  
  • Sun 4/8:  Rest day.  
Final weight:  214.5 (I blame Easter food/drink...)
