- Mon 4/2: 1.25hrs cardio/core/stretching, including 11min swim (600yds, cut short by swim team practice), 20min core/stretches, 30min elliptical (intervals), 15min stretches/cool down. Plus 5hrs walking around documenting site conditions (work-related).
- Tues 4/3: 1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr strength and conditioning.
- Wed 4/4: 1hr cardio, including 20min swim (1000yds), 30 min elliptical, and 10 min stretch/cool down.
- Thurs 4/5: 1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr strength and conditioning.
- Fri 4/6: 1.25hrs cardio/core/stretching, including 20min swim (1000yds), 20min core/stretches, 30min elliptical, 5min cool down/stretch.
- Sat 4/7: 2hrs BJJ plus 2mile walk.
- Sun 4/8: Rest day.
