Supplements

I've taken the following supplements, almost daily, for several years now (long before BJJ):
  • Fish Oil (4,500 MG)
  • CoQ10 (400 MG)
  • L-Carnitine (500 MG)
  • MSM (500 MG)
  • Vitamin C (1,000 MG)
  • Glucosamine/Chondroitin
  • Men's Multi-Vitamin
  • Vitamin E
My strength and conditioning coach (Palani Mak...great guy and knows his stuff so look him up if you are in the SD area) recommended that I start taking protein and L-glutamine supplements after workouts to help muscle recovery.  I had my first shake after this morning's strength and conditioning session.  Not the best tasting, but I can chug it down.  Curious to see how I feel after a few weeks.
