Training in the evening after a morning strength and conditioning session is different. My muscles scream the whole time. When it comes time to train, my "A" game (whatever that is) sits on the sideline and watches me get tooled by people who shouldn't be giving me so much trouble. I spoke to Professor about this. He said to keep it up and not get discouraged. Said my body will adjust and get used to it. Sure hope so.
