Week in Review


Start weight:  ???  No Scale.


Note...it's hard to keep track of how long each training session is.  About 2.5-3hrs for each morning session and 1.5-2hrs for evening sessions is pretty close.
  • Mon 7/16:   Morning and evening BJJ.
  • Tues 7/17:   Morning and evening BJJ.  (Found a scale.  Post- evening train weight in jeans and two shirts = 93.2 kgs)
  • Wed 7/18:  Morning and evening BJJ.  93.3 kgs post- evening train.  
  • Thurs 7/19:  Morning and evening BJJ.
  • Fri 7/20:  Morning BJJ afternoon hike up a large mountain overlooking the beach in Niteroi.  Google "683 Rua Doutor Luiz M Orlando, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil" and then take a look at the big rock projecting out into the water.  I believe it's called Mt. Itacoatiara.  Great hike.  
  • Sat 7/21:   Morning BJJ.
  • Sun 7/22:   Rest day.  
Final weight:  ???  No scale.
