Had my last BJJ session before heading to Brazil next week. I could train a couple more times and "go light" but I can't seem to find the self control to actually, truly "go light." My fingers are tingling (warning that my cervical herniations are pressing against the nerves) and my almost 6wk old hamstring injury still nags me. So I'll stay off the mats and mix in some light weights, cardio, and balance work for one more week. I hope to be healthy and fresh for the start of camp on Monday 7/16. BTW, weight is perfect. Woke up 202.0 today. Awesome feeling to be a month out from fight time and already at weight.
