- Thurs 7/12: 2.5hrs yard work (paver project).

- Sat 7/14: Rest day. Traveled to Rio. Weight before getting on plane: 205.2
- Sun 7/15: Rest day. Arrived in Rio and got settled in camp.
Final weight: ??? No scale.
I appreciate that you've been sharing your progress & efforts. I've enjoyed reading about it. How are you feeling? Energetic? Mood-wise, etc.?
ReplyDeleteFeeling good. Sore as all heck. Performance has been mostly great. A couple bad rolls this morning due to fatigue but I bounced back in the evening session. Six 2+hr sessions in 3 days is among the toughest things I've done in my life. Mood is mostly upbeat. Trying to take it all in and enjoy things but having to worry about keeping the gis clean and dry, water in the house, cold showers, etc is a challenge. I'll post more when I get a chance.
