  • Wed 8/8:  1.25hrs strength and cardio. 
  • Thurs 8/9:  1.25hrs BJJ. 
  • Fri 8/10:   Rest/travel day.  
  • Sat 8/11:  Las Vegas Open.   3 fights.  About 12mins.  
  • Sun 8/12:   Rest day.    
Final weight:  202.2 lbs.
