  • Mon 5/19:  2hrs cardio (run)
  • Tues 5/20:  Off (Birthday)
  • Wed 5/21:   1.25hrs intense cardio (swim/bike/run/swim)
  • Thurs 5/22:  1.5hrs BJJ and 30mins cardio (run)
  • Fri 5/23:  37mins cardio (run)
  • Sat 5/24:  Recovery Day
  • Sun 5/25:  1.5hrs cardio (run)
Final weight: 207.4 lbs
