Start weight:  Forgot to weigh
  • Mon 5/12:  2.75hrs cardio (swim/run)
  • Tues 5/13:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Wed 5/14:   1.75hrs cardio (swim/run)
  • Thurs 5/15:  1.5hrs BJJ and 30mins cardio (run)
  • Fri 5/16:  1.25hrs cardio (run)
  • Sat 5/17:  Recovery Day
  • Sun 5/18:  1hr intense cardio (duathlon)
Final weight:  Forgot to weigh
