Start weight:  Forgot to weigh
  • Mon 6/2:  2 hrs cardio (swim)
  • Tues 6/3:  1.5hrs BJJ and 30mins cardio (run)
  • Wed 6/4:   1hr cardio (run)
  • Thurs 6/5:  1.5hrs light BJJ and 1hr cardio (run)
  • Fri 6/6:  Recovery Day
  • Sat 6/7:  Recovery Day
  • Sun 6/8:  2.75hrs cardio (run)
Final weight:  Forgot to weigh
