Start weight:  206.0 
  • Mon 7/2:   1hr strength.
  • Tues 7/3:  1.5hrs BJJ.   
  • Wed 7/4:   Rest day.
  • Thurs 7/5:  35mins cardio and 15mins balance.
  • Fri 7/6:  1hr strength.
  • Sat 7/7:   30mins cardio, 15mins core, 15mins balance, and stacked, loaded, and unstacked over half a ton of bricks (yard project).
  • Sun 7/8:  2hrs yard work.  
Final weight:  206.2
