Week in Review

Start weight:   No scale
  • Mon 7/29:  Recovery day
  • Tues 7/30:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr cardio (cycle)
  • Wed 7/31:  1.5hrs cardio (cycle and jog) and 1hr hot yoga
  • Thurs 8/1:  1.25hrs BJJ
  • Fri 8/2:  1hr hot yoga and 30mins cardio (run)
  • Sat 8/3:  Recovery day
  • Sun 8/4:  1.75hrs cardio (run/cycle/run)
Final weight:  214.3 lbs
