  • Tues 8/20:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Wed 8/21:  2hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Thurs 8/22:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 45mins cardio (swim/run)
  • Fri 8/23:  Recovery day.
  • Sat 8/24:  2hrs BJJ
  • Sun 8/25:  Recovery day
Final weight:  214.0 lbs
