  • Mon 7/22:  1.5hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Tues 7/23:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hrs cardio (open water swim)
  • Wed 7/24:  Rest day
  • Thurs 7/25:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Fri 7/26:  Rest day
  • Sat 7/27:  45 mins light cardio (cycle and jog)
  • Sun 7/28:  1.5hrs intense cardio (sprint triathlon)
Final weight:  No scale
