Start weight:  Forgot to weigh
  • Mon 7/8:  1hr cardio (swim)
  • Tues 7/9:  2hrs BJJ
  • Wed 7/10:  1.5hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Thurs 7/11:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Fri 7/12:  1hr light cardio (cycle)
  • Sat 7/13:  Pre-race day rest
  • Sun 7/14:  1.5hrs intense cardio (triathlon)
Final weight: 211.2  lbs
