  • Thurs 7/4: 3hrs cardio (cyle/jog BRICK).  
  • Fri 7/5:  15mins light cardio (jog)
  • Sat 7/6:  2.5hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Sun 7/7:  1.5hrs cardio (cycle)
