Start weight:  211.2 lbs
  • Mon 6/24:  2.25hrs cardio (cycle plus pool swim)
  • Tues 6/25:  Rest day.  
  • Wed 6/26:  1hr cardio (pool swim)
  • Thurs 6/27: Rest day.  
  • Fri 6/28:  1.25hrs light cardio (easy cycle and open water swim)
  • Sat 6/29:  Pre-race rest and stretch day
  • Sun 6/30:  1.25hrs intense cardio (sprint triathlon)
Final weight:  214.1 lbs
