  • Tues 7/16:  2hrs BJJ plus 1.25hrs light cardio (cycle)
  • Wed 7/17:  1.25hrs cardio (cycle and run)
  • Thurs 7/18:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Fri 7/19:  2hrs cardio (open water swim)
  • Sat 7/20:  1hr BJJ
  • Sun 7/21:  Rest day
