Week in Review


Start weight:  202.4 lbs
  • Mon 9/17:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 4hrs busting up concrete.    
  • Tues 9/18:   1hr strength.  
  • Wed 9/19:  45min run (with hills) plus 30min open water swim.  
  • Thurs 9/20:  1.5hr BJJ plus 45min run (with hills).  
  • Fri 9/21:  45min strength plus 18 holes of golf. 
  • Sat 9/22:  4hrs BJJ plus 1hr moving 20-40lbs chunk of concrete. 
  • Sun 9/23:  Rest day.  
Final weight:  199.2 lbs
