Week in Review

Start weight:  No scale
  • Mon 9/30:  Too much work
  • Tues 10/1:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Wed 10/2:  1hr cardio (cycle)
  • Thurs 10/3:  1.5hrs BJJ
  • Fri 10/4:  Recovery day
  • Sat 10/5:  2hrs cardio (cycle) plus 1.5hrs BJJ
  • Sun 10/6:  30mins cardio (run)
Final weight:  213 lbs
