  • Mon 9/22:  Too much work
  • Tues 9/23:  Too much work
  • Wed 9/24:  30mins strength and 45mins cardio (run)
  • Thurs 9/25:  Too much work
  • Fri 9/26:  Too much work
  • Sat 9/27:  Too much work
  • Sun 9/28:  2.5hrs cardio (cycle)
Final weight:  No scale
