  • Mon 6/10:  2.5hrs cardio (cycle and pool swim)
  • Tues 6/11:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 3.5hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Wed 6/12:  1.25hrs BJJ
  • Thurs 6/13: 15mins cardio (1000M open water swim race)
  • Fri 6/14:  45mins cardio (open water swim)
  • Sat 6/15:  1hr light BJJ
  • Sun 6/16:  3hrs cardio (cycle)
Final weight:  211.2 lbs
