Start weight:  210.1 lbs
  • Mon 5/27:  4.25hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Tues 5/28:  30mins light cardio (jog)
  • Wed 5/29:  2hrs light BJJ
  • Thurs 5/30:  1.75hrs light cardio (cycle)
  • Fri 5/31:  Rest day.
  • Sat 6/1:  7.5hrs cardio (108 mile cycle with 7,300 ft climbing)
  • Sun 6/2:  1.25hrs light cardio (cycle). 
Final weight:  209.4 lbs
