  • Thurs 3/21:  1 hr BJJ plus 30 mins cardio (cycle)
  • Fri 3/22:  1.5 hr cardio (swim and cycle)
  • Sat 3/23:  Rest day (travel to Mammoth)
  • Sun 3/24:  Sick day (ugh)
