  • Tues 1/22:  1.5hrs BJJ.
  • Wed 1/23:  1.5hrs cardio (9.4 mile jog).
  • Thurs 1/24:  1.5hrs BJJ.   
  • Fri 1/25:  Rest day.
  • Sat 1/26:  Rest day.   
  • Sun 1/27:  Rest day (watched Abu Dhabi World Pro Trials).       
Final weight:   208.4 lbs.
