Week in Review


Start weight:  209.2 lbs.
  • Mon 12/31:  45mins BJJ plus 20mins light strength.     
  • Tues 1/1:  1.25hrs cardio (16mile cycle plus 3 mile run).
  • Wed 1/2:  1hr BJJ, 1hr strength, and 20mins cardio.
  • Thurs 1/3:  1.5hr cardio (20 mile cycle plus 3 mile run).   
  • Fri 1/4:  Rest day.
  • Sat 1/5:  20min cardio (jog).  Then Disneyland all day (a lot of walking).   
  • Sun 1/6:  Rest day (work interfered).       
Final weight:  Forgot to weigh
