Start weight:  208.0 lbs.
  • Mon 1/14:  Rest day (sick).     
  • Tues 1/15:  Rest day (sick).
  • Wed 1/16:  Rest day (sick).
  • Thurs 1/17:  1.5hrs BJJ.   
  • Fri 1/18:  30mins cardio (3+ mile jog).
  • Sat 1/19:  1.5hrs cardio (26mile cycle with hills) plus 4hrs strength (shoveled dirt).   
  • Sun 1/20:  1hr cardio (6+ mile jog).       
Final weight:  209.2 lbs.
