  • Mon 5//7:  1hr strength and conditioning.  
  • Tues 5/8:  1.5hrs BJJ. 
  • Wed 5/9:  1hr BJJ.
  • Thurs 5/10:  1hr strength and conditioning.
  • Fri 5/11:    Rest day (travel to New Orleans).
  • Sat 5/12:  NOLA BJJ in-house tourney (20 minutes grappling).
  • Sun 5/13: Rest day.  
Final weight:  208.8
