Week in Review

Start weight:  Forgot to weigh.
  • Mon 4/29:  Rest day
  • Tues 4/30:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 1.75 hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Wed 5/1:  1.25hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Thurs 5/2:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 1hr paddle (surfing)
  • Fri 5/3:  45mins cardio (swim/run)
  • Sat 5/4:  1.5hrs BJJ 
  • Sun 5/5:  1hr cardio (triathlon)
Final weight:  208.4 lbs
