  • Mon 5/13:  1hr BJJ
  • Tues 5/14:  2hrs cardio (cycle)
  • Wed 5/15:  45mins cardio (MTB cycle)
  • Thurs 5/16:  1.5hrs BJJ plus 45mins cardio (swim/run)
  • Fri 5/17:  Rest day
  • Sat 5/18:  Lazy day (there is a difference)
  • Sun 5/19:  2.75hrs cardio (cycle)
Final weight:  211.3 lbs
