  • Mon 6/16:  3.5hrs cardio (swim/run/swim)
  • Tues 6/17:  Recovery Day
  • Wed 6/18:   1hr cardio (run)
  • Thurs 6/19:  1.5hrs BJJ and 45mins cardio (run)
  • Fri 6/20:  2hrs cardio (run)
  • Sat 6/21:  Recovery Day
  • Sun 6/22:  2hrs cardio (run/swim/bike/run)
Final weight: 207.2 lbs
