  • Wed 11/20: 35mins cardio (run)
  • Thurs 11/21:  30mins strength
  • Fri 11/22:  2hrs cardio (run)
  • Sat 11/23:  1.5hrs light BJJ (knee test)
  • Sun 11/24:  Po Boy Fest!
