Mon 9/30: Too much work
Tues 10/1: 1.5hrs BJJ
Wed 10/2: 1hr cardio (cycle)
Thurs 10/3: 1.5hrs BJJ
Fri 10/4: Recovery day
Sat 10/5: 2hrs cardio (cycle) plus 1.5hrs BJJ
Sun 10/6: 30mins cardio (run)
Final weight: 213 lbs
