Mon 8/19: 1.75hrs cardio (cycle and run)
Tues 8/20: 1.5hrs BJJ
Wed 8/21: 2hrs cardio (cycle)
Thurs 8/22: 1.5hrs BJJ plus 45mins cardio (swim/run)
Fri 8/23: Recovery day.
Sat 8/24: 2hrs BJJ
Sun 8/25: Recovery day
Final weight: 214.0 lbs
